Child Safety Standards
Last updated: November 1, 2026
In short: Chapter Hub, made by HIL LLC, has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We remove it, ban the accounts involved, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to law enforcement.
1. What is prohibited
These standards apply to the Chapter Hub iPhone and Android apps, the web app and the website. You may not use Chapter Hub to:
- create, upload, share, request or link to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, including drawn, edited or AI-generated images;
- sexualize a minor in any way, in messages, photos, comments, posts or profiles;
- groom, entice or contact a minor for sexual purposes, or arrange to meet a minor for those purposes;
- sextort, threaten or pressure anyone over sexual images of a minor;
- traffic, sell or advertise a minor for sex, or help anyone else do any of the above.
Chapter Hub is built for student organizations and membership groups. It is not for children under 13, and users under 18 should use it only with a parent’s or guardian’s permission (see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use).
2. How to report it
- In the app: tap any chat message → Report to officers, and block the user (tap their message → Block). Your chapter’s officers see the report. For anything involving a minor, please also email us directly (below) so HIL LLC can act right away.
- Directly to us: email contact@alltimestories.tv with the subject “Child safety report”. Please don’t attach the material itself; describe where it is (chapter, chat, username, date).
- If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 (or your local emergency number) first. You can also report to NCMEC’s CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
3. What we do
- We review child safety reports as a priority, within 24 hours.
- We remove CSAE content and CSAM as soon as we find it and permanently ban the accounts involved.
- We report apparent CSAM to NCMEC’s CyberTipline, as U.S. law requires (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement, including preserving evidence when legally required.
- We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations.
4. Child safety contact
HIL LLC’s designated child safety contact can be reached at contact@alltimestories.tv. This person can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance, including with Google Play and Apple.
